Marivan; continued detention and lack of information about the fate of Delir Zahedipour

After one week of the arrest of Delir Zahedipour, a citizen of Marivan, there is no information available about his fate.

According to an informed source, this 45-year-old citizen has been deprived of access to a lawyer and meeting with his family after his arrest.

This informed source added: so far, the follow-ups of Delir Zahedipour's family to find out about his fate have been fruitless.

This informed source stated: that the lack of information about the fate of Delir Zahedipour has caused his family's concern.

On January 27, 2024, this Kurdish citizen was arrested and transferred to an unknown location by the security forces without presenting a judicial warrant outside his home.

Also, the security forces confiscated the mobile phones and personal cars of this citizen and took them with them.

So far, no accurate information has been obtained about the reason for the arrest and the charges against Mr. Zahedipour.
