On January 12, a Kolbar (porter) named "Nabi Vaisi" from Javanrood was injured by the shooting of government soldiers on the Nowsoud border.
Government soldiers shot this 27-year-old Kolbar (porter) directly without prior warning.
This Kolbar (porter) was transferred to Taleghani Hospital in Kermanshah for medical treatment and is under special medical care.
Nabi Vaisi is married and has one child.
