On January 13, Parham Parvari, one of the detainees of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi, was exiled from Evin prison to Iranshahr prison in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
One of the relatives of this prisoner confirmed the news to Kurdpa, saying: that Mr. Parvari was exiled from Evin prison to Iranshahr prison secretly and without informing his family.
In December 2023, the sentence of imprisonment and exile of Parham Parvari was confirmed by the 9th branch of the Supreme Court.
Parham Parvari was sentenced by Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran, presided over by Judge "Amoozad", to 10 years of exile to Jask prison in Hormozgan province and five years of imprisonment.
On May 28, 2023, the trial of Parham Parvari's charges was held in Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran, presided over by Judge "Amoozad", and he defended himself against the charges of "waging war" and "acting against national security" with the presence of his lawyer, Maziar Tatayi.
On April 9, 2023, Parham Parvari from Saqqez was transferred from Tehran Grand Prison to Evin Prison.
Also, on January 4, 2023, Parham Parvari announced to his family in a phone call that he had been transferred from Evin prison to Tehran Grand Prison.
On December 25, 2022, after 46 days of arrest of Parham Parvari, he was allowed access to a designated lawyer.

Parham Parvari is 25 years old and graduated in mechanical engineering from Urmia University of Technology. Muzaffar Parvari and Srvah Sozani, Parham's parents, are retired teachers from Saqqez.
Mr. Parvari is the third national champion of swimming and a medalist in several regional and student competitions.
