Mariwan; Arrest of Mohammad Parvazeh by Security Forces

On Wednesday, July 23, 2025 (1 Mordad 1404), a Kurdish citizen named Mohammad Parvazeh, from the village of Ni in Mariwan, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to an informed source, the security forces arrested this citizen at the Ni village junction without presenting a judicial warrant.
This Kurdish citizen is married and the father of three children. Mohammad Parvazeh has a prior history of arrest and conviction.
As of the time of this report’s publication, the reason for his arrest and the charges brought against Mr. Parvazeh remain unknown.
