Mosaieb Fattah Bigi was transferred to Ilam prison for execution of imprisonment sentence

On Wednesday, January 3, a Kurdish citizen named "Mosaieb Fattah Bigi" from Ilam was summoned to the third branch of the criminal execution court of the public and revolutionary court of this city, arrested and transferred to Ilam prison for execution of imprisonment sentence.

This Kurdish citizen had previously been sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment by the Ilam Revolutionary Court on charges of "participating in the protests of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi".

Mosaieb Fattah Bigi was arrested in November 2022 during the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi and was temporarily released from Ilam prison after a few months of interrogation by posting bail.
