December 19, 2022, Mohammad Haji Rasoolpour, a former political prisoner and one of the detainees of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi in Bokan, lost his life as a result of severe torture by security agencies and falling into a coma in the "Gholipour" hospital in Bokan.
Mohammad Haji Rasoolpour was arrested twice by security forces during the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi. He was first arrested on September 30, 2022, and released on October 16, 2022, with a bail deposit. Mr. Haji Rasoolpour was also arrested for the second time on November 23, 2022, and released from prison on December 13, 2022, due to his critical physical condition with a bail of 500 million.
This former political prisoner was immediately hospitalized in the ICU of "Gholipour" hospital in Bokan after his release and lost his speech due to the severity of the torture inflicted and fell into a coma. Eventually, on December 19, 2022, he lost his life.
The funeral of Mohammad Haji Rasoolpour was held in the village of "Ali Kand" in Bokan with the presence of a large number of people and the slogan "The martyr does not die".
On the fortieth day of the state murder of Mohammad Haji Rasoolpour, the repressive forces deployed with heavy weapons in the village of "Ali Kand" and the roads leading to the cemetery of this village to prevent the holding of the fortieth ceremony of this martyr.
