Oshnavieh; Khoshnav Aini was transferred to prison to serve his sentence

On Sunday, December 31, 2023, a Kurdish citizen named "Khoshnav Aini" from the village of "Singan" in Oshnavieh was transferred to the prison of this city to serve his sentence.
This citizen had been sentenced to two years in prison by Branch 1 of the Oshnavieh Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge "Mehdi Rezaei", for "membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian government".
Khoshnav Aini was arrested by security forces without presenting a judicial order on July 13, 2023 and on July 24, he was temporarily released from the prison of this city by depositing bail.
