Pirot Tabnak was transferred to Oshnavieh prison to serve his sentence

On Saturday, December 30, Pirot Tabnak, a citizen from the village of "Singan" in Oshnavieh, was transferred to the prison of this city to serve his sentence.
This citizen had previously been sentenced to two years in prison by Branch 1 of the Oshnavieh Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge "Mehdi Rezaei", for "membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian government".
On July 13, 2023, Mr. Tabnak was arrested by security forces without presenting a judicial order, and on August 18 of the same year, he was temporarily released from Oshnavieh prison by depositing bail.
