Wife of a Kurdish Political Activist Placed in House Arrest

Kurdistan Press Agency: Kazhal Hozhabry, who is a resident of Mariwan and the wife of a Kurdish political activists living Sweden, has been released from prison and placed in house arrest.
Iran’s intelligence agency arrested Hozhabry on November 5, and released her after 20 days.
Hiwa Hozhabry was also arrested with his niece Kazhal Hozhabry. He has now spent more than a month in prison.
Ali Danesh, Kazhal Hozhabry’s housband, was forced to escape Iran at the end of 2011, after that he was accused by Iran’s intelligence agency of working for Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad.

She has been kept in house arrest since she was released and she has not been permitted to step outside of her house. Kazhal Hozhabry has three children between the ages of 5-11. Hiwa Hozhabry was also arrested with his niece Kazhal Hozhabry. He has now spent more than a month in prison.
