Three Kurdish Activists Were Sentenced to 44 years Imprisonment

Kurdpa Agency:The long lasting sentence of three Kurdish Juveniles of Kermanshah was confirmed by the Investigation Court of Kermanshah Province.

According to Kurdistan Press Agency, three Kurdish Citizens following Yari Religion in Kermanshah were totally sentenced to 44 years imprisonment. They have been accused of having membership in one of the opposition parties of Iranian Islamic Government.

By the end of last November, these three Kurdish youths were kidnapped by the Security Forces of Kermanshah. They were in custody for nine months in the prison of Intelligence Office.

Kianoosh Rostami and Mohsen Xodabandelo were incarcerated in Intelligence Office’s Prison for nine months. Each one of Mohsen from Sahna and Kianoosh from Kermanshah was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment by the revolutionary Court.

They have also been sentenced to two more years each being accused of disrespecting supreme leader.

According to the Islamic Law, if any citizen is sentenced to imprisonment because of multi crimes, they would have to undergo the longest conviction. Regarding this issue, Nemat Fathi from Kermanshah has also been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by the Judicial Courts of Iran.

Supporting Campaign of Civil and Political Prisoners has announced that branch 15 of Investigation Court of Kermanshah Province has confirmed it. These three prisoners are now in Dizl Abad Prison.
