The Revolutionary Court of Saqez sentenced a Kurdish citizen to a one-year imprisonment

Kurdpa Agency: Branch 1 of the Iran Revolutionary Court of Saqez issued a one-year prison sentence for a Kurdish citizen.
According to Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa), a Kurdish citizen named “Ata Rahmanzadeh” also known as “Shahram Saqezi,” age 50 was sentenced to a year imprisonment. Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Saqez charged Rahmanzadeh with “propaganda against the state.” He was later acquitted of charges of “disrupting public order.”
Kurdpa reporter from the city reports that “Ata Rahmanzadeh” was detained by the Iran revolutionary forces following participation in the September 26, 2017, Kurdistan Independence Referendum.
Rahmanzadeh was transferred to the Detention Center of the Information Bureau of Saqez.
Rahmanzadeh was freed on a 70-million Toman bail from prison a month later.
Ata Rahmanzadeh is married and is from the village of “Marzai”, from the functions of the Sarsheway section of Saqez.
