September 27, 2026 — One week after the arbitrary arrest of Fuad Qaderi, a young nurse from Javanrud working in Sanandaj, he was transferred to Dizelabad Prison in Kermanshah with multiple broken ribs resulting from days of interrogation and torture at an undisclosed detention center. He remains deprived of medical care, access to legal representation, family visits, and telephone calls.

An informed source told Kurdpa: "On Monday, September 21, 2026, Fuad Qaderi, a 27-year-old Kurdish citizen from Sarrud village in Javanrud County who works as a nurse in Sanandaj, was arrested without a judicial warrant by Ministry of Intelligence agents along the Ravansar-Kamyaran road. Following days of incommunicado holding and severe interrogation and torture at an undisclosed detention center, he was transferred to Dizelabad Prison in Kermanshah."

The source added that following Qaderi’s arrest, security forces raided his family home without a legal warrant, thoroughly searched the premises, and confiscated his personal belongings, including his computer.

According to the source, Qaderi was subjected to severe physical torture during his arbitrary detention, resulting in multiple broken ribs. Despite his injuries, authorities have systematically denied him necessary medical attention.

As of the publication of this report, the official reasons for his arrest remain unknown, and security authorities have offered no explanation. Qaderi remains completely cut off from legal counsel and his family.
