Javanmir Moradi, a labor activist from Kermanshah, was sentenced to one year in prison by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah on charges of "propaganda against the regime."
This labor activist was summoned to the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah by telephone on Saturday, April 3rd, to be notified of the court's verdict, and he was notified of the verdict of the Court of First Instance.
The First Branch of the Kermanshah Revolutionary Court has used the release of a video clip of the November 2019 protests rallies by this labor activist as the basis for a one-year prison sentence.
This verdict can be appealed in the courts of appeal of Kermanshah for another 20 days after notification.

The labor activist was arrested by security forces on Sunday, January 3rd, on charges of "propaganda against the regime and membership in opposition groups."
This member of the Free Trade Union of Iran was personally invited by phone to carry out a work project on the outskirts of Kermanshah and was detained by security forces after going to the project site.
After arresting the labor activist, security forces handcuffed him to his personal home and searched his home.
