Jail sentence was issued for a student girl in Mariwan

Kurdpa agency: Iranian Islamic government judiciary issued 2 years jail sentence for a young Kurdish citizen in Mariwan.
According to Kurdpa News agency, on 07/08/2016 morning time a court in Mariwan issued 2 years suspended jail sentence for a student girl named Souma Bazargan. The probationary period for this sentence is 5 years.
A revolutionary court accused this 21 years old girl of affiliation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties in Iran.
While confirming this news, Kurdpa reporter said that Souma was not provided Lawyer. The court’s verdict was finalized within a few sessions.
She is an associated degree student in the field of Accounting in Mariwan Payameh Nour University. She is also a prominent civil activist in Mariwan within Iranian Kurdistan.
