Iranian Intelligence Service placed more citizens under arrest in Ne

Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa): Following the recent arrests of Kurdish citizens in the village of Ne in the city of Mariwan, another citizen was places under arrest by the Iranian Intelligence Service.

According to reliable sources, on Wednesday, October 24, a Kurdish citizen, Jamal Gerami, from Ne was arrested by Iranian intelligence forces in Mariwan.

In order to put Jamal under arrest, the forces raided his house, our reporter said.

Jamal’s allegation and whereabouts are unknown yet.

On Thursday, October 18th, five Kurdish citizens were arrested by Iranian Intelligence Service in Mariwan.

The identities of detainees are as follows:

- Beryar Kawa, 25, son of Amin, from the village of Ne in Mariwan
- Mohsen Hooshmand, son of Khosrow, from the village of Ne in Mariwan
- Hamid Parwaza, 28, son of Mohammad, from the village of Ne in Mariwan
- Karwan Ahmadi, son of Jalal, from Mariwan
- Rahman Sedighi, son of Isa, from Mariwan

They were transferred to unknown whereabouts.

On Friday, October 19th, Iranian intelligence forces arrested a Kurdish citizen, Mohammad Parwaza, 21, from Ne village in the city of Mariwan.
Mohammad has been reported to have been transferred to an unknown whereabouts.

The detainees’ allegations are similar as they have all been charged with “cooperation with a Kurdish, opposition group”.
