Hossein Ahmadi Niyaz summoned by Sna Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor\'s Office

Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa): Hossein Ahmadi Niyaz, senior attorney, summoned by the forth branch of Sna (Sanandaj) Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor\'s Office on Saturday, October 13th.
According to reports received by our agency, the forth branch of Sna Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor\'s Office summoned Hossein Ahmadi Niyaz, senior attorney, on Saturday, October 13th.
He was summoned on charge of “publication of falsehood to disturb public opinion” and warned about the consequence of disobeying the summons which would be his arrest.
Ahmadi Niyaz believes there is a relationship between this summons and his work as the lawyer of Ramin Hossein Panahi, an executed political prisoner and his remarks on the government’s responsibility to do something to Kchani Shinawa. Kchani Shinawa (the girls of Shinawa) refers to couple girls who became the victim of a fire blaze in a school in Shinawa, a village located in Shno (Oshnaveh) a few years ago.
Ahmadi Niyaz is currently the lawyer of Hedayat Abdollapour, the political prisoner sentenced to death and Osman Mustafapour, a political prisoner who has been serving his life sentence for more than twenty years.
