Dehgolan; Yasin Fathi has sentenced to five years and eight months in prison

Yasin Fathi, a civil activist from Dehgolan, has sentenced to 68 months in prison by the second branch of the criminal court of this city.

 According to the verdict of the lower court, Mr. Fathi has been sentenced to 8 months in prison for "propaganda against the regime", "disturbing public order" to 18 months in prison, and "gathering and collusion against national security" to 42 months in prison.

 This civil activist was tried in a video conference for a few minutes without access to any lawyer.

 Yasin Fathi was arrested by the security forces in October of this year and was transferred to Sanandaj prison after the interrogation.

 This civil activist is currently in Sanandaj prison.
