Table(2)
Shows how Civilians in Kurdish Residential Places are getting killed and injured (2013)
Kurdish Man is someone who starts load holding due to Economical Weaknesses, Lack of development in Kurdish Residential Places, and joblessness and unemployment.
Most of those people who are busy with load holding are between the ages of 13 to 60, and sometimes the weight of the stuffs they hold is more than their weight.
Since Last Year, the total of 75 Kurdish men have been killed and injured by the Military Forces’ Shot due to Border Blocking.
According to Note 3 of Part 10 of Article 3 of Weapon Consumption Law, Militants can only use weapons when they have no other choice ahead. Also, according to Article 7 of this Law, they just have to shoot the leg of the attackers most and try not to have them killed.
In border places these laws are not being used, rather awhile ago ‘’Ahmad Gradwand’’ Sub-Commander of Military Forces had spoken to mehr Press: ‘’ those men who import stuffs illegally from the borders, will be shot by the Military Forces.
Also, According to the Part (A) of Article 2 of Smuggle Law, ‘’ Smuggled Stuff which costs less than 330$ has no charge, and the stuff should be seized only’’.
In addition, Civilians have been killed and injured by the direct shot of Military Forces only because of having the doubt of holding illegal materials.
Table (3)
Shows the arrested people crimes and those who have been sentenced to Prison (2013).
Figure (1)
According to this figure, 413 citizens have been arrested by Military Forces and they are Political, Cultural, Religious and Labor Activists and 9 people were the families of these arrested people.
Figure (2)
This statistics is changeable, and it can be seen that the rate of Human Rights’ violation in Kurdistan and Western Azerbaijan is higher compared to other Kurdish Residential Places in Iran.
These Kurdish Residential Places in Iran have not developed due to unfair division of country budget, lack of economical foundation and investment, and that is why Kurdish Citizens have no Citizenship Right compared to other Citizens in Iran. A good example of this is preventing Kurdish Residential Places from getting developed by Iranian Islamic Government.
