Although she has been transferred to Ilam Prison, security authorities continue to subject her to frequent interrogations.
Zahra Mohammad-Vali was arrested by security forces without a judicial warrant on May 23, 2026, and initially taken to an undisclosed location. To date, no official grounds for her arrest have been provided, and security agencies have offered no explanation regarding her case. Throughout the past 38 days, she has been systematically denied access to legal counsel and family visitations, with her family only being permitted occasional phone calls.
