On Friday, February 13, 2026, a Kurdish youth named "Hazhar Ebrahimi", 23 years old, son of Hamzeh and a resident of Oshnavieh city, was detained by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.

According to an informed source speaking to Kurdpa, security forces detained this citizen without presenting a judicial warrant.
