February 13, 2026; “Mehdi Karimpour,” a 22-year-old Kurdish youth from the city of “Bijar” and a resident of “Meshkindasht” in the city of “Karaj,” has been identified as another victim of the popular protests of January 10, 2026, in “Meshkindasht,” in front of the “Hedayatkar” school in the city of “Karaj.” While he was returning from a supermarket with his wife, he was targeted at close range by pellet bullets fired by government motorcyclist forces. “Mehdi” lost his life while being transferred to the hospital, and his wife, who was injured, was discharged from the hospital after a few days.

An informed source told “Kurdpa” that his body was delivered to the family on January 12, 2026, and was buried in the “Meshkindasht” cemetery in the city of “Karaj.”

Mehdi Karimpour was the owner of a clothing boutique and had recently married.
