Execution of Saeid Ghobadi Carried Out in Kermanshah Prison

Early Sunday morning, September 21, 2025, the death sentence of Saeid Ghobadi, a prisoner from Sarpol-e Zahab, was carried out in the Kermanshah Central Prison.

This Kurdish prisoner was arrested approximately seven years ago on charges of “premeditated murder” of his wife and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judicial system of the government of Iran.

As of now, the news of this prisoner's execution has not been announced by official sources or domestic media within Iran.
