January 31, 2026; “Rasul Badparan,” a young Kurdish man from “Kermanshah” and a resident of “Alvand” in “Qazvin” province, is the identity of another victim of the popular protests of January 8, 2026, in “Alvand,” who lost his life due to a direct shot of live ammunition to the “side” area by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic.

An informed source, while confirming this news to “Kurdpa,” stated that Rasul Badparan was the father of a young daughter, and his body was buried on January 10, 2026, in the “Behesht-e Fatemieh” cemetery in “Alvand.”
