January 27, 2026; “Hossein Shirkool,” a 43-year-old Kurdish citizen from “Zarrin-Abad,” Dehloran, in Kermanshah province and a resident of Esfahan, is the identity of another of the victims of the popular protests of January 8 in Esfahan, who was killed by the firing of live ammunition by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic.

An informed source, while confirming this news to Kurdpa, stated; The Shirkool family, after five days of follow-up and pressure from security agencies, were able to receive the body of their child and buried him on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, in the cemetery of his birthplace, in the village of “Zarrin-Abad (Pahleh),” Dehloran.

Hossein Shirkool was married and the father of two young children.
