The Number of Detainees in Oshnaviyeh Reached 4; Mohsen Dehar, 24, and Zanyar Shadikhwah, 17, Were Detained

Thursday, September 18, 2025, a 17-year-old teenager named “Zanyar Shadikhwah,” son of Hamed, and “Mohsen Dehar,” 24, son of Soleiman, residents of the village of “Singan” in Oshnaviyeh, were detained by security forces of the Intelligence Department and transferred to an unknown location.

According to an informed source to Kurdpa; security forces of the Intelligence Department raided the family homes of these two Kurdish citizens without presenting a judicial warrant, detained them, and transferred them to an unknown location.

Kurdpa had previously published that early Wednesday morning, September 17, 2025, two 16-year-old teenagers named “Diyar Gorgol” and “Alan Tabnak,” residents of the village of “Singan” in Oshnaviyeh, were detained following a raid by security forces of the Intelligence Department on their homes without presenting a judicial warrant and were transferred to an unknown location.
