Milad Tabad, Kurdish Kolbar from Mariwan, Injured by Government Forces' Gunfire

On Monday, August 24, 2025, a Kurdish kolbar (cross-border porter) named Milad Tabad, from the village of Geliyeh in Mariwan County, was injured by gunfire from government military forces near the border of the region.

According to a reliable source, government forces opened fire directly at the kolbar without prior warning, resulting in severe injuries to his head.

He was initially transferred to Bu-Ali Hospital in Mariwan for medical treatment, and due to the seriousness of his injuries, he was later moved to medical centers in Sanandaj.
