Execution of Mehran Nasrizar Carried Out in Ghezel Hesar Prison, Karaj

In the early hours of Monday, May 12, 2025, the death sentence of a Kurdish prisoner, Mehran Nasrizar, a native of Sanandaj, was carried out in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj.

According to a reliable source, the execution of this 30-year-old prisoner was carried out without allowing a final visit with his family.

The prisoner had been arrested three years ago on charges of “premeditated murder” and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judiciary.

As of now, Iranian state authorities and domestic media have not officially reported this execution.
