Arman Rayzan, a Kolbar from Mariwan, Killed by Government Forces' Gunfire

On the morning of Saturday, May 10, 2025, a young kolbar (cross-border porter) named Arman Rayzan, son of Sediq and a resident of Gogjeh village in the Sarshiv district of Mariwan, was shot and killed by government military forces near the border of the county.

According to a reliable source, government soldiers opened fire directly at Arman Rayzan without any prior warning at the Bardarash and Doplure border region near Mariwan.

The source added that his body was transferred to the hospital in Mariwan.

Arman Rayzan, born in 1993, was married and the father of two children.
