Osman Ghaderi was transferred to Naghadeh Hospital due to his poor physical condition as a result of torture and was released on bail
A Kurdish citizen named "Osman Ghaderi" 54, son of Abubakr, from Naghadeh, was transferred to the hospital of this city due to his poor physical condition as a result of torture by security forces in detention and was temporarily released on December 14, by depositing a bail of 500 million tomans.
According to an informed source, this citizen was transferred from the Urmia intelligence detention center to Naghadeh prison on December 13 and was transferred to Naghadeh hospital due to his poor general condition as a result of torture by security forces.
The informed source added: This citizen had been transferred to the Seyyed al-Shohada and Arefian hospitals in Urmia twice as a result of torture by security forces in the Urmia intelligence detention center.
Mr. Ghaderi was released on bail two days after being hospitalized in Naghadeh.
On December 5, security forces raided the home of this Kurdish citizen without a judicial warrant and arrested him.
So far, no accurate information has been obtained about the reason for the arrest and the charges against Mr. Ghaderi.
