Bokan / State killing of Avat Qaderpour, 20 years old;
On November 18, 2022, Avat Qaderpour, 20, from the village of "Malalar" and living in Bokan, was severely wounded by the direct shooting of the repressive forces during the people's protests in this city; as a result of the severity of the injuries, on November 30, 2022, he died in the "Seyyed al-Shohada" hospital in Urmia. This 20-year-old youth was shot in his car at the "Nachit" inspection station.
On December 1, 2022, the funeral of Avat Qaderpour was held at night and under strict security measures in the village of "Malalar".
Karaj / State killing of Ehsan Ghasemifard, 36 years old;
On November 30, 2022, Ehsan Ghasemifard, a 36-year-old Kurdish youth from Kangavar, Kermanshah living in Karaj, was arrested by five Basij repressive forces in the alley and outside his home in the "Sar Asiab" area after the defeat of the Islamic Republic football team against the US team, and due to the severity of the injuries inflicted as a result of several hours of torture by beating and baton blowing, he died in a repair shop.
The Basij forces, after arresting this citizen, tortured him for five hours. The severity of the injuries inflicted on this 36-year-old youth was such that around five or six in the morning, the Basij forces transferred him to the hospital, but before reaching the hospital, Mr. Ghasemifard died.
Despite the repeated follow-ups of the family, the security repressive forces informed the family after a few days that the body of this young man was in the morgue of the "Shohada Salamat" hospital on Mallarad Road.
The repressive security forces had put a lot of pressure on Ehsan Ghasemifard's mother to declare the cause of her son's death as "cardiac arrest". But she strongly rejected this request and told the repressive forces; "My son was a weightlifter, if you do not deliver the body, it does not matter, but I am not ready to ignore my son's blood and owe my son."
Also, when the repressive forces delivered the body of Ehsan Ghasemifard to his family, they had completely covered his body and did not allow the family to see his face, but following the strong protest of the sister of this young man killed and her screaming, the repressive forces were forced to remove Ehsan's face cover and the family faced a broken nose, bruised face, remnants of electric shocker and pepper spray on their child's face.
One night before the burial of Ehsan Ghasemifard (December 4, 2022), the intelligence forces of Kangavar and Karaj had besieged the cemetery of Kangavar. On the day of the funeral, one of the relatives of Mr. Ghasemifard's family, along with the cameraman, was arrested by the security forces for several hours during the funeral.
Ehsan Ghasemifard, a weightlifting athlete, and son of Ali and Zahra, was born in Kangavar City. He had studied up to the third grade of guidance school.
