Idris Manbari, a member of the board of directors of the cultural-social association "Nozhin" was sentenced to 10 years in prison by the first branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court.
The first branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge "Karami", accused Mr. Manbari of "forming groups and gangs".
The prison sentence of this member of "Nozhin" was notified to him on September 24, through his lawyers Dr. Javamir Abdullahi and Heman Majidi.
In September, Idris Menbari was also sentenced in absentia by Branch 106 of the Sanandaj Criminal Court to Two to one year in prison, exile to Dizel Abad prison in Kermanshah, and 40 lashes for "disturbing public order".
On February 9, Idris Menbari was released from detention temporarily until the end of the judicial proceedings by posting a one billion rial bail.
On December 18, security forces arrested this Kurdish activist at his home without presenting a judicial warrant and after searching his home, confiscated his laptop and personal belongings and took them away
This civil activist was transferred to the Sanandaj Intelligence Detention Center for interrogation after being arrested.
