Sami' Rasouli was released from Naghdeh prison after eight months and 14 days of temporary detention by posting bail

On October 25, Sami' Rasouli, a Kurdish citizen from Piranshahr, was released from Naghdeh prison temporarily by posting a three billion rial bail after eight months and 14 days of temporary detention.

On February 7, this citizen was arrested along with beating and without presenting a judicial warrant at his family's home by security forces and transferred to the Urmia Intelligence Detention Center for interrogation.

Mr. Rasouli was transferred to Naghdeh prison after completing the interrogation stages.

So far, no accurate information has been obtained about the reason for the arrest and the charges against this Kurdish citizen.
