Earlier, in the early morning hours of Tuesday, September 15, 2026, five Kurdish citizens from Oshnavieh—"Rahim Arshadi," "Soran Bayazidi," "Fakhraddin Ebrahimi," "Reza Rashidnia," and "Abdulbaset Bapiri" (from the village of Kani Sepi in the Dasht-e Bil region of Oshnavieh)—were forcibly detained following violent home raids by plainclothes security agents. The arrests were conducted without judicial warrants and were accompanied by physical assault, severe beatings, and verbal degradation.
