On Tuesday, October 9, 2023, a Kolbar (porter) named "Mohsen Valiollahi" from Javanrud was injured by the shooting of government soldiers on the Nowsud border.

The government soldiers shot at this porter without prior warning and he was severely injured in the back. He was transferred to medical centers for treatment.
