Mullah Saber Khodamoradi sentenced to imprisonment and flogging

Mullah Saber Khodamoradi, the Prayer Imam of Qavakh town in Saqqez, has been sentenced to seven and a half months of suspended imprisonment and 74 lashes of suspended flogging for three years by the special court for the clergy in Hamedan.
On Sunday, April 30th, this verdict was communicated to the cleric over the phone.
The court has charged Mullah Saber Khodamoradi with "propaganda against the system" and "disturbing public opinion".
On Wednsday, April 26th, this cleric was summoned to the special court for the clergy in Hamedan for the third time due to his support for the revolutionary movement for women, life, freedom in his Friday prayer sermons.
