Mahabad; Two Kurdish clerics arrested by security forces

On Monday night, April 3rd, two Kurdish clerics named "Mullah Farouq Ahmadi" and "Mullah Abdul Qadir Ghadri" were arrested by security forces in Mahabad.

According to an informed source, the security forces arrested these two clerics in front of the door of "Dar al-Islam" Mosque in the "Mokrian" neighborhood of Mahabad without a judicial order.

The source added that after the arrest, these two clerics were transferred to an unknown location by security forces.

These two clerics are from the city of Rabat, Sardasht.
