New details of how Payman Menbari was killed in the Sanandaj protests

In a conversation with one of Payman Menbari's relatives, Kurdpa obtained information from the victims of the nationwide uprising, which shows that the repressive forces targeted him from behind with a arm pistol.

 This informed source added: During the protests in Sanandaj, Payman Menbari was shot in the back with a pistol by repressive forces, and he died after being shot in the heart area.

 This informed source stated: After the death of this protester, his body was taken to the forensic examination and in the death certificate, the cause of his death was stated as "collision with hard or sharp objects".

 This informed source admitted: Payman Menbari's family is under pressure from the security and judicial institutions that they should go to the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj to file a complaint, but they rejected this request.

 On Sunday, November 27th, Payman Menbari's family sent a notice to register a complaint to the Fourth Investigation Branch of the Sanandaj Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, but Sahibe Veisi, the mother of Payman Menbari, rejected the request of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court to register a complaint and stated that "the Islamic Republic of Iran killed my son." 

 Not long ago, Payman Menbari's mother announced in a video message that "the Islamic Republic should answer why they killed my child.

 On Saturday, October 8th, Payman Menbari, the 25-year-old son of Ayoub and Sahiba, from the village of "Niyer" in Sanandaj, who was a steel fence master, died during nationwide protests due to the firing of repressive forces.

 The body of Payman Menbari was buried at Behesht Mohammadi in Sanandaj in the presence of family members and security forces at 2 am on Sunday October 9th. 

 In the last story he published on his Instagram, he wrote: "This will be the best Saturday ever, we will protest, we will strike, as they say, we will destroy, we will disturb, if someone wants to stand in our way, we will get involved, we will get injured.  "Be a martyr, we will turn the streets of the city into their hell until the complete freedom of my people, my family and my city we will continue."
