Zhina Amini, who was in a coma as a result of a severe beating by the Irshad patrol forces, died

Today, Friday, September 16th, 22-year-old Zhina (Mehsa) Amini from Saqez, who was in a coma as a result of a severe beating by the Irshad patrol forces, died in Kasra Hospital in Tehran.

 An informed source close to Amini's family confirmed the news of Zhina Amini's death to Kurdpa.

 On Tuesday, September 13, 2022, Zhina Amini was confronted by the Irshad patrol forces in one of Tehran's parks along with her brother "Kiarash (Ashkan)" and after being severely beaten up with a baton by these forces, Zhina was arrested and sent to the Vozara detention center in Tehran.

 Ms. Amini suffered a brain concussion after a few hours in "Vozara" Detention Center due to the severe beating and severity of the injuries and was transferred to "Kasra" Hospital in Tehran.

 Zhina Amini was in a coma in "Kasra" hospital under strict security measures of police forces and intelligence agents.  And also, the security agents threatened this family that they do not have the right to interview with foreign media and otherwise they will get into trouble.

 Kiaresh (Ashkan) Amini, the brother of Ms. Amini, who was severely beaten by the Irshad patrol forces during the arrest of his sister, the security forces threatened him to refrain from interviewing the media.

 Zhina Amini had gone to the north with her family for a trip, and after returning from there on Tuesday, September 13th, following a trip to Tehran, in one of the parks there, she was confronted and arrested by the Irshad patrol forces.
