Weekly Report: 44 cases of Kurd citizen rights contravention at the last week of October

Kurdistan press agency shares a weekly report in order to show the violation of Kurds\' right in different cities in Iran.
In this week’s report, by using data, different cases of Kurd citizen’s rights contravention will be shown from the beginning of September till now.
At the last week of October, the weekly report issued in Kurdistan Press Agency will concentrate on 44 cases of Human rights’ violation in different areas of kurd residents in Iran. For instance, the death of 4 citizens from direct shoots by the military forces of Iranian Islamic Government, 24 cases of kidnapping, 9 cases of the political prisoners being in a critical situation, and 7 cases of injuries due to bomb explosions.

Explaining and clarifying the cases of killing and injuring kurdish citizens due to direct shots and chasing after from the military forces of Iran:
On Wednesday 16th of October, two kurdish citizens from ‘’Qsrak’’ Village in ‘’Urmia’’ got injured due to rifle shots by the military forces. To be mentioned, the names of these two citizens are ‘’ Rahman yashiry’’ and ‘’Wahid Pzhwyi’’.
These two citizen got shot in ‘’Srgr razhan and Twrkan kan’’ which are located on the border of Iran- Turkey.
Somewhere else on 15th of October,, some Kurdish citizens got shot by the military forces of Iranian government in ‘’ Targawar’’ in Urmia.
As a result for that shot, some horse stock with loads got killed, and some more horses got seized by the military forces.
Chasing after Kurd citizens by the Military Forces of Islamic Republic of Iran, murdering and injuring two citizens as a result:
In the village of ’’Wazne’’ in Sardasht, two citizens with the names of’’ Sardar and Ibrahim Ibrahimy who were brothers got chased after by the forces. As a result one of them got killed due to car accident. These two were working on the borders though.
As a result, Sardar loses his life immediately, and Ibrahim has got injured very badly.
According to the given data in the data center of Kurdpa press agency, 30 kurd citizens have been killed because of direct shots by the military forces of Iranian Islamic Government from the beginning of September 2013 till now.

Expressing the situation of political prisoners and Kurdish kidnapped activists during last week:
During the fourth week of October, two prisoners lost their lives in jail in the Mariwan center due to ruining one of the walls of the Jail.
The death of these prisoners irritated the other prisoners in that jail, and as a result, they had attacked the chef prosecutor and injured him.
The controllers of the jail in Sina center sentenced 14 prisoners to solitary rooms as a result of their attack.
In addition: Critical situation of Kurdish Political prisoners:
\"Kawa Waisy\" and ”Mokhtar Rahimi\" who had been sentenced to death penalty have been transferred from Rajaee’s prison to an unknown place on Sunday 28th of September.
On the other hand, 5 faithful, Sunni doctrine and political prisoners whose names are ‘’ Shahram Ahmady, Kawa Sharifi, Arash Sharifi, Talib Malaky and Behruz Shanazary’’ got sentenced to death penalty in the 28th branch of ‘’ Iranian Inqilab Court’’ and they haven’t seen their families till the announcement of this news.
On Monday 15th of October, the Information office of Kurdistan province had called ‘’Hassan Amini’’ a religious teacher to their office, and they had investigated him for two hours.
The activities in Imam Boxara’s School, Sending messages for the officials of three judgment courts, rule creation and managing Iran, and press conference for foreign medias were those accusations which had been positioned in Hassan Amini’’s pocket.
As an extension for the critical health of the prisoners, ‘’Adnan Rashidi’’ a Kurdish political prisoner, is in a critical health situation, and his health is getting worse and worse as every day passes. The court officials are against the conditional release for this prisoner though.
Rashidi who got kidnapped by the military forces of Mariwan on December of 1995 , after four months staying in Mariwan jail, he was sentenced to 12 years exile in a very short period judgment in a court and without having a lawyer.
According to registered data by Kurdistan Press Agency Data center, 20 political prisoners have been transferred to jail and other prisons from the beginning of September until now.

Explaining the situations of kidnapping and sentencing Kurdish citizens in Kurdish places in Iran at the fourth week of October:
On Saturday 19th of October, Security forces of Iranian Islamic government went to ‘’ Sawan’’ Village, and started checking people’s houses and hurt the people of that village.
According to the bystanders ‘’ those forces despite of threatening the people of that village, the religious teachers, and three important members of that village, they kidnapped 20 adults of the village, and transferred them to an unknown place’’.
After this’’ attack and kidnap ‘’ a seemingly large number of the adults of that village left it and went to the mountains due to the fear of getting kidnapped.
The military forces as a revenge for the murder of seven member of Iranian army in ‘’ Bana’’ fulfilled this process of kidnapping.
On the other hand, ‘’ wafa Qadry’’ Kurdish worker activist from ‘’Sanandaj’’ got sentenced to 5 years …… prison by the investigation court of Kurdistan province.
Wafa before had been sentenced for one year in ‘’Iqilab’’ court with the accusation of’’ propaganda against the law and regulation’’, but his sentence was minimized later on in the interrogation court for five months Prison.
According to the registered data in Kurdpa Press Agency Data Center, from the beginning of September 2013 till now 123 kurdish citizens have been kidnapped by the military-security forces of the Iranian Islamic Government.

Last week, 7 children got victimized in a bomb explosion in one of the old barracks of Mariwan:
On Friday 15th of October, 7 children in ‘’ Nshkash’’ village in Mariwan got injured severely due to stepping on bombs left from the old barracks of Iranian regime, and unfortunately, one of them with the name ‘’Gasheen karimi ‘’ lost one of her feet.
So far, ‘’Gasheen karimi’’ 8 years old, has been transferred to medical centers of Tehran, and the other six children are being taken care of in ‘’ Booali’s Hospital.
Last week 44 cases of human rights violation have been registered by the Iranian governmental center:
Information Office, Prison Organizations of Iranian Islamic Government, court center and military forces were those governmental centers where were involved in 44 cases of citizen rights violation.
