Weekly Report: 17 cases of contravening Kurdish citizens’ rights in the third week of October 2013

Kurdistan press agency every week spreads a report under the name of ‘’ weekly report’’ to show completely human rights violation against Kurdish citizens in the Kurdish residential places in Iran.
In this week’s report, the cases of violating Kurdish citizens’ rights will be shown statistically from the beginning of October till now.
In the third week of October weekly report of ‘’Perspective of the week’’ focuses on the 17 cases of contravention of human rights in the Kurdish residential places in Iran, for instance, 18 cases of executions, 2 cases of killing and injuring Kurdish citizens by the direct shot and attack of the military forces, 5 cases of arrest, and 2 cases of critical situation of political prisoners and activists.

Analyzing the news connected to the wave of executions
In the Kurdish residential places during third week of October:
On Monday, ‘’Sherko Maarefi’’ Kurdish political prisoner was executed in the Saqez prison.
Sherko was arrested on July 30, 2008 accused of ’’ colliding with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of Iranian government.’’ Later on, he was sentenced to death by the Revolutionary court of Saqez.
The sentence of execution for this prisoner had been confirmed by the Iranian Supreme Court and investigation court, and after being in prison for 5 years, his sentence was fulfilled.
On the other hand, on Tuesday November 4th, another citizen called’’ Ahamd Saif Panahi’’ was executed in the Mariwan prison. This citizen had been sentenced to death by the judicial court of Iranian Islamic Government accused of ’’ murder’’.
In addition: executing 6 more Kurdish prisoners in the prisons of Dizl Abad-Kermanshah and central prison of Urmia.
On November 4, Aziz Piroti Azar from Sardasht, accused of drug transaction, was executed in the central prison of Urmia.
During a week ago, the execution of 5 other Kurdish citizens accused of Murdering has been fulfilled in the prison of Dizl Abad in Kermanshah.
According to the registered statistic in the kurdistan press agency statistic center, 22 Kurdish citizens have been executed at the beginning of Razbar of this year till now.

Analyzing the cases of killed and injured Kurdish citizens by the direct shot of the military forces of Iranian Islamic Government – Third week of October 2013:
On Wednesday November 5 , a Kurdish citizen called ‘’ Barzan Salim Nezhad’’ 23 years old from ‘’Midanan’’ in Sardasht had been shot and died immediately.
According to the witnesses, that citizen had been shot by the military forces just because of doubting him holding life’s necessary stuff.
Connected to this, on Monday November 4, another citizen called’’ Ako Ahmad Pour’’ from ‘’ Swerwe’’ in Sardasht, had been trapped in the military forces’ shot, and injured severely as a result.
Seizing load holders’ stuff, and clashes between military forces of Iranian Governemnt and Kurdish citizens
After seizing the load holders’ stuff forcefully by the military forces in Sharakan where belongs to Nawsood, clashes has been made between those forces and the residents of that village.
The residents of “Narwi” village have been able to return back the seized stuff of the load holders from the military forces.
On the other hand, a week ago, on the boundary places of ‘’Gardnay Gaw Koozha’’ in Nawsood, a number of citizens and worker have been shot, and consequently, 7 horses of load holder got killed.
According to the registered statistics in the Kurdistan press agency statistic center, 11 Kurdish citizens have been killed and 19 injured by the direct shot of the military forces at the beginning of September till now.

Analyzing the critical situation of Kurdish political prisoners arrested in the prisons of the Iranian Islamic Government:
‘’Mansoor Arwand’’ Kurdish political prisoner in Urmia prison is under the possibility of being executed, and the brother of that prisoner has declared that, on Saturday November 5, our family was informed by the Supreme Court of Iran that the possibility of executing Mansoor exists.
Ismael Arwand has said that: Mansoor’s Lawyer has been ‘’ selected’’, and we haven’t been able to reach him during few days ago because his phone number has been changed.
On the other hand, at November 1, another political activist called’’ Mohamad amin Agoshi’’ went on hunger strike.
Human rights and democracy Activists in Iran have related his issue ’’ not to strike’’ but to the neglect of his medical treatment and giving him a short period of sick leave and harsh behavior.
According to the registered statistic in the kurdistan press agency statistic center, 27 Kurdish political prisoners have been transferred to the prisons at the beginning of October of this year until now.

Analyzing the cases of Kurdish citizens’ arrested in the third week of November:
‘’Wrya Tasa’’ student activist in Payam Noor University of Mariwan, on Tuesday 14 of November had been arrested with Dana lanj Abadi in the protests of Mariwan which were held against execution, and they had been transferred to the central prison of that city after being in the Information office’s prison for some time.
On the other hand, at 3rd of November, the security forces of Iranian Islamic Government had arrested two Kurdish citizens called’’ Kazhal and Hiwa Hozhabry’’ from ‘’ Barda rash’’ Village in Mariwan.
‘’Ali Danesh’’ the husband of Kazhal has left his homeland because of political activities and the pressure of the security forces.
Imprisoning a religious teacher in his house in Bokan:
‘’ Luqman Parstesh’’ clergyman from Bokan has been imprisoned by the decision of Information office, and some of his personal stuff such as, Computer and Books have been seized by the forces.
Information office of Bokan has declared the crime of this clergyman called’’ Hemn Banayi’’ as a nickname to be colliding with a religious party, and advertising for that party during giving notes in the mosques.
According to the registered statistic in the Kurdistan press agency statistic center, 152 Kurdish citizens in the Kurdish residential places in Iran have been arrested at the begging of October till now.
During a week ago, 17 cases of contravening human rights have been registered by the governmental centers of Iran:
Information office, Prisons organization of Iranian Islamic government, military forces and judicial center were those governmental centers which have been involved in 17 cases of human rights violation.
