Urmia military court sentences a citizen from Oshnavieh to six years in prison and exile
Kurdpa Agency: The first branch of the military court in Urmia province sentenced a Kurdish citizen from Oshnavieh to six years in discretionary imprisonment and banishment to Zanjan prison.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, a Kurdish citizen, Abdul Wahed (Kamyar) Manouchehri, son of Osman, from Oshnavieh, was sentenced to six years in discretionary imprisonment and banishment to Zanjan prison by branch first of the Urmia provincial military court.
Branch first of the Urmia Province Military Court has charged the Kurdish citizen with "spying for one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government."
This Kurdish citizen was arrested on May 6th by the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence agents and held for 40 days in the IRGC detention center.
On November 12th, this citizen was on leave of absence on bail for three days and then left Iran.
