Urmia; A Kurdish citizen was seriously injured in a landmine explosion
On Wednesday, April 28th, a citizen named "Habib Hatami Sina Abadi", 18, son of Jalal from the village of "Kuran" in the Sumay-ye Beradust District of Urmia, was severely injured by a landmine.
This young man had an accident while grazing livestock near the villages of "Nojavan" and "Akhian" in the Beradust region of Urmia.
This citizen was transferred to Khomeini Hospital in Urmia for medical treatment and his general condition was reported to be serious.
In this regard, on Sunday, April 24th, a soldier named "Adel Ghorbani", the son of Ali, from Maku, lost his life due to a mine explosion in the barracks of Lashkar-e's 28 Kurdistan Infantry.
According to statistics registered with the Statistics Center of the Kurdpa Human Rights Organization, from the beginning of 2012 to the end of 2021, a total of 402 civilians in Kurdistan fell victim to landmines and weapons. (103 killed and 299 wounded).
