Two persons from Oshnovieh were sentenced to prison

 Two Kurdish citizens, Rahim Rafati, son of Mohammad, and Rahman Tabesh, son of Murad, from Oshnovieh, were sentenced to prison by the Revolutionary Court of this city, presided over by Judge Rezaie.

 According to the verdict, the two citizens were each sentenced to three years and seven months in prison on charges of "membership in a Kurdish opposition party of the Iranian government and collusion against the regime" and Rahman Tabesh was convicted to eight months in prison on charges of "affiliation with a Kurdish opposition party in the Iranian government."

 The verdict against these two Kurdish citizens has been announced to them in recent days.

 According to an informed source, according to the law of consolidation, the maximum sentence is applicable to these two citizens.

 These two Kurdish citizens were arrested by security forces on Sunday, July 5, without a court order, on charges of "collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party of the Iranian government," and were transferred to the Urmia Intelligence Detention Center for interrogation.

 These two citizens were temporarily released on bail in September of this year after completing their interrogation.
