Trials of a Kurdish citizen in Khorasan Razavi

Kurdpa Agency: A Kurdish citizen from Kalat, Razavi Khorasan attended the trial court and presented his latest defenses.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, on Saturday, May 18th, a Kurdish citizen named Mehdi Ganji Bakhsh was charged with \"false propaganda,\" \"disturbing public opinion,\" \"propaganda against the regime,\" and \"insulting the leadership\" was tried at the Kalat\'s Court with the presence of Osman Mizin, an attorney.
This Kurdish citizen was arrested on charges of above mentioned on May 24th, 2018, and after ten days of interrogation, he was released on bail of 250 million Toman, and the plaintiff of his case is the Ministry of Intelligence.
this Kurd citizen has been summoned to court five times since his arrested.
Mehdi Ganjbakhsh was arrested on December 9th, 2018 by the intelligence forces on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition party of the Iranian government\" and was interrogated at the Ettelaat\'s detention center until February 7th, 2019.
This kurd citizen then was sentenced to one year in discretionary imprisonment by the judiciary and in 1391(Hijri), his sentenced, including the time of his arrest, before the sentence was issued, he spent his convited time in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad, and was released from prison at the end of his term of imprisonment.
