Three Kurdish workers became victim of occupational accidents

Kurdpa agency: While three workers were carrying out their job, exposed to electric shock and were injured due to falling from a height.

According to Kurdpa News agency last Friday, a construction worker in the city of Gilan-e Gharb of Kermanshah Province was injured due to electric shock.

A Website named Emani stated that, this incident took place in Azadegan alley in Gilan-e Gharb. This website added that the worker is still in coma. The worker\'s identity is unknown but it is believed he fell from an electric pole.

Furthermore, on March, 28th, a worker in the city of Ahvaz lost his life due to fall from height. \"Ali Rahmanzadeh\" is the name of the worker and he is from Kurdish city named Tekab.

On the other hand a young worker from Dehloran in Elam province has also been suffering from electric shock. Mehr News Agency stated that this incident took place during concrete formation and dealing with electric cranes. The Identity of this worker is not known.

According to the public relations office of International Affairs and Legal Medicine Organization of Iran, in the last 10 months, 1367 people have lost their lives because of occupational injuries.

According to statistics, 1348 of these workers were male and 19 were female.

Further to this report, 573 people have lost their lives due to falling from height (41%), 321 people hit by the heavy objects (23.5%), 200 by Eclectic shock (14.6%), 86 due to lack of oxygen (6.3%), burning (5.1) and other cases117 (8.6%).

In the last 10 days, occupational accidents rate have been increased by 4.1 percent within the last 10 months.
