Kurdpa Agency: Three Kurdish Citizens in Bokan and Sanandaj prisons are in a state of uncertainty and are still waiting for a court hearing.

Based on a report received by the Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa), “Jamal Yousefi” from “Mshirabad” and “Hussain Ibrahim Hamza” son of “Abdullah” from “Ghragel” in Bokan detained for the past two years remain in an uncertain state.

The two Kurdish citizens, currently held in the Bokan prison were detained by the intelligence forces in 2016 on charges of \"membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian regime.\" The two Kurds were denied access to legal representations, and the forces used torture as a means of confession.

The third Kurd, “Haydar Ghorbani” son of Ali currently held in Sna’s (Sanandaj) central prison arrested in 2016 faces a similar situation. In March of the same year, Press TV, the regime’s English-language TV airing from Europe broadcasted a documentary titled “The Death Ran” showed part of the forced confession.

Early on, \"Heydar Ghorbani” who is accused of “assassinating” several government agents refuted the charges brought against him early on.
