The sentence of 15 years imprisonment for Simko Xlqaty got confirmed

Kurdpa Agency: A Kurdish political prisoner from Mahabad got sentenced for a prolonged time.
According to Kurdpa press Agency, the sentence of 15 years confinement for ‘’Smko Xlqaty’’kurdish Political Prisoner was confirmed by the Supreme Court of Iran.
An aware source in the Rajayi prison of karaj informed Kurpa reporter that, the branch of 24 of supreme court of Iran did confirm the sentence of 15 years imprisonment for Simko Xlqaty.
‘’Simko Xlqaty’’ 35 years old from Mahabad, January 18, 2010 1388 was kidnapped by the informative forces of the Iranian Islamic Government in the Core Organization of Arak.
This political activist has received the certification of Metallurgy Engineering at the University of Sanaty Sharif in Tehran has been busy working as a Metallurgy engineer in the Core Organization of Arak.
This Kurdish prisoner was sentenced for 15 years confinement by the Inqillab Court of Arak with the crime of colliding with one of the Kurdish Opposition Parties the Iranian Government.
The sentence of this Kurdish prisoner had been confirmed in the investigation court before, but recently his 15 years imprisonment was also confirmed by the high office of Iran.
Simko Xlqaty is married and has a 10 years old kid, and he is going through his sentence in Rajayi prison of Karaj so far.
