The last court meeting of KordPoor Brothers’ got finished

Kurdpa Agency: The third round of court meeting of KoodPoor brothers got fulfilled in Inqillab Court of Mahabad publicly and with their lawyers’ presence.
According to Kurdpa Press Agency report, today Monday 28th of October, the last court meeting of Massud and Xosraw KordPoor got finished after four hours, and the judge declared the end of the meetings.
Kamal Husseni who was present in that meeting declared that; these two journalist brothers were cleared from the crime of’’ Insulting Iranian Leader’’ , and the judge declared that the crime ‘’Spreading rumors’’ can’t be observed in the court’s frame’’.

Xosraw in his defense said: ‘’ he hasn’t had any relations with the Kurdish parties, and has only spread the facts through Mookryan Agency.’’
The manager of Mookryan Agency in a part of his defense also said; ‘’ the newspapers such as ‘’ Keyhan, Iran, and Cheshm Andaz of Iran’’ have also spread such news. ‘’
Xosrwa informed ‘’ Jawady Kia’’ that; ‘’Cheshm Andaz Newspaper’’ has consulted with the officials of the opposition parties. He says why it is not a crime, and it will not get investigated, but we have worked through the regulations of Iranian Government, and have been faced to the court.’’
Hoseni also said that the judge declared ‘’ Massod Kordpoor’s crime’’ as: ‘’ attempting against the individuality of system’’ through talk and relation with the foreigner’s Media.
In addition, this journalist said that the judge stood against using money (Hostage) to release the Kordpoor brothers and declared: ‘’ Kordpoor’s case is very private, and they may leave the country if they get released.’’
Mookryan reporter also said that the judge finished the court meetings, and during the next two weeks their sentence will be declared.
