Kurdpa Agency: The Ministry of Intelligence has appealed for a Kurdish citizen from Piranshahr, wanted to increase in his sentence.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, a case of a Kurdish citizen named \"Bapir Barze\", son of Osman from Chiane village, Piranshahr District, was again investigated due to complaints of the Ministry of Intelligence.
This Kurdish citizen, with two other citizens named: Ahmad Qalatreshi and Selman Mohammad Nejad, charged with \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government.\" was sentenced to 25 months discretionary imprisonment by the district 102 of the Penal Court 2 of Piranshahr.
According to the verdict, Bapir Barze was sentenced to eight months in prison, Ahmad Qalatreshi was sentenced to five months in prison and Selman Mohammad Nejad was sentenced to one year in discretionary prison.
After the issuance of this sentence, Bapir Barze, son of Osman from Chiane village with a 220 million bails, Ahmed Galatrashi, with a 50 million bails, and Selman Mohammad Nejad, 20, from the village of Gergol, with a 250-million-bail. They were temporarily released.
These three Kurdish citizens were arrested this year on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government\" and were transferred to the Sepah Intelligence Detention Center in Urmia for interrogation.
