The case of three Marivani citizens are reviewing at the Sanandaj Appeal Court

Kurdpa Agency: The case of three Kurdish citizens from the village of \"Ney\", Marivan were sent to the Sanandaj Appeal Court for reviewing.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, the case of three civilians named \"Bryar Kaveh\" 25-year-old son of Amin, \"werya Faraji\" 31-year-old son of Abdullah and \"Hooshyar kasraie\" 41-year-old son of Rashid were sentenced to sixteen years in discretionary imprisonment by a revolutionary court in Marivan and have been sent to Sanandaj Appeal Court for reviewing.
According to an informed source, it is likely that less than two weeks later the final sentence of these three Kurdish citizens will be issued and their order will be sent to the enforcement of judgement.
According to the judgments issued by the Marivan Revolutionary Court, \"Bryar Kaveh\", 25, a son of Amin, was sentenced to five years discretionary imprisonment, \"werya Faraji\", 31, son of Abdullah, was sentenced to five years discretionary imprisonment and \"Hooshyar Kasraei\", 41, son of Rashid, was sentenced to six years discretionary imprisonment and exiled to Sistan and Baluchestan.
The Marivan Revolutionary Court has accused these three citizens of \"membership and cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government.\"
On Sunday, November 18th 2018, Bryar Kaveh, 25, son of Amin from the village of \"Ney\" Marivan, was detained by the intelligence forces and transferred to Marivan Prison. On Monday, November 19th 2018, he was released on a bail of temporary basis.
On August 16th 2018, werya Faraji, a 31-year-old, son of Abdullah, from the village of Ney, Marivan, after 34 days in a detention center at Sanandaj Ettelaat detention, he was temporarily released on bail of 120 million Tomans up to the trial session. This Kurdish citizen was arrested on Wednesday, July 11th 2018, by intelligence agents on charged with \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government.\"
On Tuesday, October 16th 2018, \"Hooshyar Kasraei\", 41, son of Rashid, from the village of \"Ney\" Marivan, after three months of detention, he was released in a temporary way.
On Wednesday, October 3rd 2018, Hooshyar Kasraei was transferred from the Sanandaj Ettelaat Detention to Marivan Central Prison.
This Kurdish citizen was interrogated during his detention on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government\" and was deprived from access to a lawyer.
This Kurdish citizen was arrested on Wednesday, July 11th 2018 by intelligence forces.
